Lately more and more Farmville players have bumped into the bug where you can't see your neighbors. It occurs both on old neighbors and just added ones. The game's developer Zynga has also acknowledged this problem, but for some reason it has been going on for some time now and they have yet to fix it. In most cases it's rather simple to fix, but some people have had to work some more for it.
The simple fix is to send a gift to one of your neighbor. For most people, this fixes it. Now, of course you can't do it via the friends link at the bottom of the screen, instead you should use the 'Free Gifts' link in the top.
However, if that doesn't fix it for you, you must upgrade your Adobe Flash Player. You want to do this thoroughly so start by uninstalling your old Flash Player. Go and download the Uninstaller compatible with your operating system. Save it, quit all applications and then run it.
Next, go and get the current Flash Player. It should recognize your OS but if it displays a wrong one, just click where it reads 'Different operating system or browser?' and select yours. Now just download and install.
This should make your neighbors show up again for most, but if it still doesn't work here's something you might want to try. First, clear your browser's cache and cookies. Try playing Farmville via the official site instead of through Facebook. You can also try a different browser. Unfortunately, if it still doesn't work after all of this, there's really nothing more you can do about it and it's up to Zynga to fix it.

How Do I Excel in Farmville on Facebook?
The art of mastering Farmville on Facebook is a fine balancing act of time management, if you are able to plant the appropriate crop so that you will be able to harvest it the next time you log on you will be maximizing your farm's capabilities. You will always have 2 goals in mind when tying to master Farmville, obtaining coins to plant crops and buy misc items whilst at the same time gaining experience to increase the number of things you can do with your farm.
Finding Friends for Farmville on Facebook
Gaining more friends in Farmville can really increase the amount of coins and experience you earn in Facebook exponentially. The benefit from gaining friends for Farmville purposes is so great that many small communities have popped up where players add 'strangers' to their Facebook solely for increasing the number of neighbors they have in Farmville. If you are serious about earning as much experience and coins as possible in Farmville you may want to consider joining such communities to maximize your daily bonuses.
Choosing the Right Crop to Plant
Depending on your level you will always have to make a hard decision on choosing which crop to plant. Whether to plant something which can be harvested in 2 hours which will most likely net you the most experience and coins in the early levels, or whether to plant something longer so you can use your time to do other things. Many players often miscalculate the correct amount of experience and coins which can be gained from planting different crops. Do not forget that every time you plough your farm you gain 1 exp and pay 15 coins per square. This means that crops that have faster harvesting times can give you the same amount of experience but perhaps less coins than other crops.
Don't Give Up! It's Worth It!
Many players grow tired of Farmville on Facebook after a week or two, but eventually come back because they can't resist the urge to play. It's fine to take a break every so often, but if you know you are going to take one, why not plant something that has a very long harvesting time? Logging on every 4 days to harvest and plough whilst checking out your friends farms and the mailbox everyday takes very little time and will keep your farm sustainable and growing until you have more free time. Just remember to take it easy, and play in the most smart and efficient way possible.
There are many ways to do this such as by taking some time to analyze the mathematics involved and making a good and detailed prediction of what your future schedule will be like. If you are unsure how to do this, continue reading for the best strategies you can find on Farmville on Facebook.

Farmville on iPhone
Can you get Farmville on the iphone? This has been a desire for many hardcore Farmville fans but is it actually possilbe? Many people have labeled the idea as impossible and no way to do it. But I'm here to tell you a different story.
Farmville on iPhone Can you get Farmville on the iPhone?
First things first, I am not going to tell you exactly how you can get Farmville to work on your iPhone because most methods may not be legal and/or recomended by the manufacturer. Famrville is a flash-based game. What this means is it runs from a special internet-video format known as Adobe Flash. The reason it does not work on the iPhone is because Apple (for some strange reason!) has not developed an agreement with Adobe. Meaning all flash movies/games etc that are embedded in various websites cannot be viewed on the iPhone (or iPad at this stage).
Now I know what your thinking, is there a way around it? There is ALWAYS a way around things! Luckily for us, the iPhone is a very interactive and involved device, and there is more than one way to do this.
There is actually an iPhone app that automatically converts Flash programs to Java, this may sound like a load of computer jargen but what this actually means is that the iPhone can read Javascript and therefore play flash files. This may be quite jumpy though and I would expect it would only be useful to view things like banner-ads on websites (which isn't useful at all). I haven't tried to run Farmville using this so it may still be an option.
There is apparently a sure way to get flash to play on the iPhone as smooth as it does on a computer but this actually involves Jailbreaking your iphone. Jailbreaking an iPhone is the process of hacking the firmware of the phone to make it do basically anything you want and load custom applications designed for a jailbroken iphone. There are applications that do all this for you but I am not going to go into it.
You are obviously here to find out HOW to get Farmville on the iPhone but do you really want it? I mean Farmville is an incredibly addictive game and I'm betting you already spend too much time on your computer playing it, would you really want to make Farmville THAT CONVENIENT?
In my opinion I think most Farmville addicts would get extremely imersed in harvesting plowing and planting that they would lose contact with reality. I mean, the fact that you usually have to be at a computer to play Farmville means that while you are out with your friends, shopping, or enjoying the sun you are actually having a break from Farmville. But what if you had access to it 24x7 with something so convenient and something you ALWAYS have with you, your iPhone...? Computer games are meant to fill in spare time, not take over your life.
