The 5 collectibles in this collection are the Mini Fridge, Hot Tub, Television, Air Conditioner and Sofa Bed. You can get these by collecting rents from Upscale Condos and Hotel Suites. Once you have them, trade them in for the Tavern. As usually happens, you will end up with more of one collectible compared to others until you eventually complete the collection. In this case, you will end up with many TVs so you may wish to sell them to clear up your inventory. Don't forget that you can also trade collectibles with your neighbors. This is another reason to get many neighbors. Create a wishlist and somebody will help you out.
