A New Travelers Guide - FarmVille English Countryside Cheat and Trick

With FarmVille English Countryside (EC) inching closer, it's time to give you unsuspecting farmers a crash course in getting there for when the time comes. Well, at least we can tell what we know based on extensive previews from Zynga. We already know that Duke will crash land on your farm sometime soon, but now we have an even better idea of what to do once we touch down in England.

1. Fix and Send off the Airship
In order to fix Duke's Airship once it crashes, players will have to gather supplies from the farm. After fixing the Airship, you will be tasked with throwing a party. The party will function much like the New Year's Ball party did in the original FarmVille, so you will have to invite several guests to the shindig. Once you've reached the final level, you will have unlocked access to the English Countryside.

2. A not-so-easy landing
Once you arrive in EC, you'll be greeted by several characters including Lily, Duke and more. It will become immediately apparent that this expansion is far more story-driven than FarmVille ever has been. However, participating in the storyline isn't mandatory nor does is cost Energy. In fact, Energy doesn't exist in EC just as it doesn't in the original game. But we imagine you'll be enticed by the Goals' rewards to complete them.

3. Questing made easy
You should have by now noticed that EC is in shambles, and it's up to you to restore this decrepit farm to its former glory. This is done through the game's list of Goals that are represented through an interactive map. It's here that players will be able to track their progress, see what's ahead and their friends' position in the storyline in order to help them.

4. Almost everything will come with you
When you touch down in EC, take a look at your storage--it's not there! Don't be alarmed, this is intended, unfortunately. While your Gift Boxes are linked between games, your stored items are not. Players will likely receive most of their rewards in EC through the Gift Box, so that players have the choice of where to stick things like new decorations and Mastery signs.

Bring In Your FarmVille Harvest Faster With This Easy Trick

We've all been there are at one time or another. You have 2 or 3 hundred crops to harvest before they wither on the vine, but who has the time to sit there and watch while your little Farmer marches around the field, harvesting one plot at a time? You need to find some way to make this FarmVille harvest go faster or you'll die of boredom.

It's especially frustrating this Summer as Zynga rolls out one Quest after another and nearly every one involves planting at least 100 plots of some type of crop. If you don't have a combine or you're low on fuel you're going to be doing an awful lot of waiting and watching around your Farm this Summer.

And it's not just harvesting crops that takes up a lot of 'walking' time. Your Farmer has to walk from tree to tree and from animal pen to animal pen. Sure, you can use an Arborist and a Farm Hand, but one if they're not available? What if you just need to click on a lamb on this side of your Farm and click on another lamb over on the other side? Someone needs to show that little Farmer how to work faster!

Well, here's a little tip that WILL help your FarmVille harvest go a little faster. All you have to do is trap your Farmer! Here's how it works: Log into your FarmVille Farm. If you're currently logged in and you've been playing for a while, exit your Farm and come back again. When you arrive at your Farm, not the position of your Farmer. He or she will be standing in the exact center of your Farm. This is where you need to set up your trap. At this point, do NOT click on anything on your Farm that will cause your Farmer to move off of that mark.

Now, go to the Market and purchase 8 or 9 inexpensive Hay Bales if you don't already have some lying around. Use those Hay Bales to completely encircle your Farmer's feet, preventing him or her from walking. You can also put a fence behind your farmer or one of your pens or buildings - anything that blocks his exit.

Once you've set up your Hay Bales or other obstacles, click on one of your animals or trees to see if your Farmer can escape. If he stays within the circle you created then you've succeeded in setting up your FarmVille farm so you can harvest faster.

Now that server doesn't have to move your little Farmer all over the Farm, all it really has to concentrate on is performing the tasks as you give each of them a click. For example, instead of having to plot a course for your Farmer to move from one side of the Farm to the other, now all it has to do is take care of harvesting each tree you click on, or each animal or plot. You've eliminated the middle man by trapping your Farmer in the middle of your Farm and now your harvesting will be much faster.
