Cost Per Piece Of Land
We can consider how much the land costs based on how much the building cost, how much the land it sits on cost (based on expansion costs) and also any community buildings necessary to support it. Then we divide it up per piece of land because obviously, land is also a premium. So in these terms, the cheapest house is the Terraced Brownstone. Actually, the Newlywed House and Lake House are cheaper, but these are not realistic options for building as one is from a collection and the other requires cash.
Most Space Efficient
This title goes to the Colonial Chalet. There is nothing else that has as high a population per square of land used. The Newlywed House comes close. The Skyscraper Condos come next.
Highest Yield Per Hour
The highest rent per hour comes from the country home which provides 120. Next is the Lake House and the Cozy Cottage. Skyscraper Condos follow in third.
Don't Get Obsessed With Housing
Right now, the game is biased against housing. Though it looks great, it uses up valuable energy that could be used elsewhere. You can progress much faster if you concentrate on building businesses and expand into franchises. Do this and you can build your own version Trump Tower skyscraper much more quickly than trying to do it through housing alone.
