What is Facebook FarmVille Zynga? Its a game played by over 70 million members of Facebook which allows each person to maintain their own virtual farm. Players may plant trees, grow virtual crop, and take care of their livestock.
Although, I just recently started playing FarmVille, my research shows me that its the most popular application in Facebook history. Who knew that so many people had a secret desire to become farmers?
Another attraction of FarmVille is that it touches the Humanitarian side of folks. You can help your neighbor or friend by giving gifts of trees and livestock. You can also celebrate someone elses achievements by giving ribbons. By so doing, FarmVille rewards you with game currency.
My impression of the Facebook FarmVille game is that it motivates one to develop their gaming skills and people skills. It challenges the mind, relieves boredom, and provides yet another avenue of interacting with friends and family.

Facebook FarmVille Zynga received the prestigious Crunchie Award. This was presented to FarmVille for being the best social application of 2009. The FarmVille folks didnt hoard this award and gloat about winning either. Instead they shared the wealth with the millions of people who play FarmVille.

There is a down side to FarmVille. Not everyone wants to play the game. In fact some Facebook members get quite annoyed when the FarmVille updates over shadow their Live News Feeds. If you prefer to prevent Facebook FarmVille Zynga applications, click on Settings, thenApplication Settings. After clicking here you should see FarmVille. Click on Edit Settings followed by the Additional Permissions tab. Remove the checkmark from the box. Going forward all of the FarmVille farmers will no longer touch your Facebook real estateso to speak.
Alternatively, you may want to be selective as to whose FarmVille updates are removed from your Live News Feed. If this is the case, simply click on the Hide tab when one of your friends FarmVille updates appear.
