On Facebook FarmVille, the interactive farming game by Zynga, neighbors can feed chickens and try to hatch mystery eggs. Arrange the chicken coop on your FarmVille farm to increase the chances of hatching more good mystery eggs that will net better gifts for your neighbors. Neighbors can give you chicken as gifts and chickens are hatched from neighbors' mystery eggs. When a FarmVille farmer receives a chicken, it is customary to put the chicken in the chicken coop.

Things You'll Need: Facebook account, FarmVille farm, FarmVille neighbors, Chicken coop, Chickens
1) Log in to Facebook. Go to your FarmVille farm.
2) Take care of any farming chores at your farm, like brushing the cats or arranging new gifts from the Gifts Box.
3) Go to your chicken coop on your farm. Click on the chicken coop. Three options will appear: Look Inside, Move and Sell. Select "Look Inside."
4) Check to see what color chickens are nesting in your chicken coop; the four available colors are white, black, golden and brown. Next to the image of the chicken is an "X with a number. If it says X7, this means you have 7 of that color chicken in the chicken coop.
5) Check if you have extra chickens that will not fit in your chicken coop but are pecking at the ground on your FarmVille farm. Count how many you have that are black, golden or brown. Remove this same number of white chickens from your chicken coop. This makes room to put the black, golden and brown chickens in the chicken coop. Place the white chickens on the ground to eat the bugs.
6) Click on a black, golden or brown chicken on the ground and select "Move" to place this chicken in your chicken coop. Fill your chicken coop with black, golden and brown chickens. Put the white chickens on the ground. This process will net more "good" mystery eggs: rare black mystery eggs, treasured golden mystery eggs, and uncommon brown mystery eggs. These eggs hatch to reveal better gifts and better chickens that can in turn hatch more great mystery eggs.
Tips & Warnings
Visit FarmVille neighbors' farm every day to fertilize and feed their chickens. When you find a mystery egg, publish it on your Facebook home page so it shows up in the Live Feed. This allows your neighbors to have a chance to hatch a mystery egg for themselves.
