Farmville dollars are needed to "purchase" the essentials in this Facebook social-network game, such as fuel (otherwise vehicles you purchase can't be used). They are also used to buy other goods that cannot be purchased with Farmville coins. As you're beginning your rise in Farmville, you realize that earning Farmville dollars can be very difficult. But it's possible to earn a few bucks if you know where to look.
Instructions:
1) Perform tasks that earn ribbons and levels up. In other words, continue playing the game. This is the standard method of earning Facebook dollars as well as Farmville coins. The downside is that this method is slow and often doesn't result in enough Farmville cash. Unfortunately, earning ribbons and leveling up are almost the only ways to get Farmville dollars for free. However, there a few exceptions.
2) Look at the banner ads below the game window to see if there are any offers or sponsored links that result in free Farmville bucks. For instance, the search-engine Bing once put in a sponsored ad where if you clicked on their ad and became a fan of Bing, they would give you three coveted Farmville dollars. Keep looking out for this type of offer.
3) Buy Farmville dollars with real cash. This is not a popular option, but it makes a lot of sense for hourly workers. If you have plentiful hours at your hourly job, this is a good choice. If an additional hour of work always results in a bigger paycheck, your time is better spent working for an hour rather than looking for ways to get Farmville bucks outside of playing the game, which can be very hard to get. The final requirement of all of these offers involves handing your hard-earned real cash over to someone else. If possible, though, it's a lot better to buy Facebook dollars through the game rather than by surveys and offers, which aren't really free.
