Farmville" is a game that was developed by Zynga and available as an application that can be played only when you are logged into Facebook. This game has become extremely popular, and as of 2009, it was the most popular application played on Facebook. The point of the game is to try to grow and develop your own farm. One major asset to any farm, including a virtual one, is animals. You can acquire animals by adopting them.
Instructions:
1) Log into your Facebook account.
2) Look for adoption postings on your Facebook News feed. When your "Farmville" neighbors find an animal, it is automatically posted on their wall. The only way you can adopt animals in "Farmville" is by acquiring them from neighbors. See the Tips section to learn more about adding "Farmville" neighbors.
3) Click on your friend's profile to view their wall once you've found an animal posting.
4) Accept the animal by clicking "Adopt the (blank)," where blank represents the animal. If you are the first person to click the link, you will adopt the animal.
Tips & Warnings
Increase your chances of adoption by adding "Farmville" neighbors. Add as many neighbors as possible by sending them Neighbor requests. This can be done in the "Farmville" application.
