How to Stack Fences in Farmville

Stacking fences in Farmville gives your farm a three dimensional look. It can make your farm look as though it has a hill. If used on the outside of the farm it looks as though the user has a wall surrounding the farm. Farmville does not allow you to place one fence on top of another so you must place additional fences within the fence on your farm's border. These layers of fences create the optical illusion of stacking.

Things You'll Need:
Farmville coins

1) Choose your fence. To do this click on the "Market" icon. Click on the "Decorations" icon and then the icon labeled "Other". This will bring up the fences without having to scroll through many pages of decorations. Farmville offers many choices for fencing on your farm. You may choose from a whitewash fence, wooden, or even colored fence.

2) Place your fence where you want it on your farm. The whole optical illusion relies on this fence and the placement of it on the farm. Make sure to leave plenty of room behind, as well as beside, this first fence for other fences.

3) Place the next fence directly behind and to the side some of the first fence. Make sure that the fence posts line up. Lining up the fence posts gives the illusion that you have stacked the second fence on top of the first fence. Repeat these steps for as many fences as you choose.

Tips & Warnings

Stack more than two fences to create a better illusion. Plan ahead and remember that the same rule applies for crates, hay bales, and hedges.

Stacking fences uses a lot of space, it can also become costly depending on your choice of fence. This choice is not ideal for those wishing to master their crops quickly because space requirements minimize the amount of crops you can plant.
